Details
The motor-assisted seat height adjustment in conjunction with a tilt protection panel allows for the safe performance of exercise ECG tests, even with patients weighing up to 200 kg.
The noise-insulating ergometer case made of high-quality, specially coated polyurethane foam features an easy-to-clean, sweat-resistant surface.
In addition to the standard option of rotating the handlebar by 360°, the ergoselect 200 model offers mechanical, stepless handlebar height adjustment.
The handlebar and seat position can be precisely adjusted to the respective patient for special applications (for instance, performance diagnostics, rehabilitation).
The electrical saddle height adjustment makes it easier for older or disabled patients to master the sometimes problematic access to the ergometer. The ergoselect 200 saddle height can be conveniently adjusted at the control terminal, with the patient seated in the saddle during the adjustment process. Together with the additional tilt protection, the device can be used for patients with a body weight up to 200 kg.
Thanks to the use of high-quality control electronics and reliable components, our devices don’t just meet the standard specifications for medical ergometers, but far exceed them – over the entire load range from 6 to 1000 watts.
The ergometer cases are available in many colors to match any practice or hospital interior design.
The ergoline interface protocol is now considered the industry standard. All leading ECG manufacturers support a control option for ergoline ergometers in their exercise ECG or ergospirometry systems.
The adapter enables horizontal shifting of the saddle by approx. 10 cm. In conjunction with the adjustable pedal cranks and the dual handlebar adjustment (height and tilt), this makes it possible to set the most ergonomically effective training position for every patient.
Using the horizontal saddle adjustment option reduces the maximum permitted patient weight to 150 kg.
A wide range of connection options guarantees reliable communication with external devices such as PC-based ECG units and ECG recorders.
In addition to the standard RS-232 and USB interface, we of course also offer analog and wireless connections via Bluetooth or WLAN.
The control terminal P, in addition to control via PC-based ECG systems or ECG recorders, enables the performance of exercise tests in stand-alone mode (10 freely programmable protocols) as well as the manual operation of the ergometer. All relevant parameters are shown on the easily readable, illuminated LC display during the exercise test.
In addition to control by external devices, stand-alone exercise tests, or manual operation, the control terminal K also allows for performing freely programmable training sessions and performance tests. For example, during a heart rate-controlled training, the chest strap records the pulse signals and automatically regulates the ergometer output to ensure a constant heart rate. The clearly structured graphic display shows the current parameters and the course of the heart rate and performance in curves.
The optionally integrated, automatic blood pressure measurement works with a specifically developed cuff microphone.
The combination of auscultatory measurement and sophisticated algorithms for artifact suppression yields precise measurement values – even at high loads.
The ergometer can be equipped with an SpO2 measurement module for precise monitoring of the patient’s oxygen saturation during exercise ECG testing. A wide selection of suitable SpO2 sensors is available in different sizes.
The length of the pedal cranks can be adjusted in a range from 7.5 to 17.5 cm.
Extra-wide pedals with adjustable pedal straps (ratchet mechanism).
As an alternative to the standard handlebar, ergometers used for performance diagnostics can also be equipped with a triathlon handlebar that is adjustable over a wide range. Together with the adjustable pedal cranks and the horizontal seat adjustment, this allows for setting up an optimal test/training position for test subjects.
The current saddle height is shown on the display—an important advantage for repeated examinations or if the device is used for training.
Uninterrupted, reliable acquisition of the heart rate is indispensable for conducting heart rate-controlled training. The digital ergoline chest strap allows for the unique allocation of the strap to a patient—the “inadvertent” transmission of another person's strap signals is completely ruled out.
