The support column and shelves are made of aluminum with high-end, hygienic and scratch-resistant powder coating. The base is made of steel with a plastic cover. The elaborate design offers a total load capacity of 80 kg in spite of its low own weight.

All shelves are made of aluminum and then powder-coated and can support loads of up to 20 kg (surface load). The shelf width is designed to easily accommodate a standard keyboard. Convenient grip handles for easy moving of the equipment cart are available in various designs and colors.

The grooves in the support column allow flexible and individual positioning of components – expansions can also be attached at any height to the rear of the support column.

Coated sheet steel mousepads can be attached to all shelves with or without drawers using magnets (no tools required) – either on the right or left side.

All drawers of the ergocar series are equipped with a soft self-closing mechanism. A variant with a cable outlet above the front panel is available for applications with wired probes (e.g., CTG) – this prevents crushing the probe cable when closing the drawer.

The spacious support column guides the cables for data and for power supply. The cable duct covers can be easily removed upwards to allow quick access to the cable duct. Flexible brushes protect cables and connectors at any exit point in the support column.

The high-quality storage basket made of coated sheet steel can be attached to storage shelves with or without drawers on both sides without tools thanks to magnets.

With the help of special brackets for gas cylinders (2 L or 10 L), the ergocar can be expanded to a full-fledged ergospirometry workstation.

A special bracket (mounting plate) for DT80/DT100 suction pumps, perfect for saving space and ensuring stable integration of the suction system. Advantages: space-saving design, stable, easy to mount, stepless positioning.

From a simple 19” TFT monitor to a dual monitor system with two 24” TFT monitors, the modular monitor brackets of the ergocar flex system with standardized VESA mounting panels in various sizes are always the right solution.

The PC bracket allows for attaching a PC with a so-called SFF (small form factor) housing directly underneath a shelf. A bracket for mounting on the outside of the central column is available for larger computers (desktop housing) (see Options/Accessories).

A universal bracket on the outside of the equipment cart column enables the secure attachment of desktop PCs.

Adapters for the extension arms and brackets for the suction pumps are available for all commercially available suction electrode systems (Strässle, custo med, GE KISS).

A wide range of power strips in various national variants (Europe, UK, Switzerland, USA and Australia) can be mounted in the column’s power supply duct – either with or without a central on/off switch.

The compact slide-out keyboard tray with pull-out mousepad can be mounted anywhere on the support column under a shelf.  If the equipment cart is in mobile use, a standard keyboard can easily slide under the shelf.

Medical isolating transformers for reducing leakage currents are available in different configurations and are installed in the cart base to save space. In addition, extensions for RS-232, USB and LAN cables can be run from the data cable duct to the backside of the isolation transformer housing.
